Cyberbully July 21 2011

Has anyone seen the movie Cyberbully? I thought it brought up the issue of cyberbullying effectively, and I really liked how they showed ways you can stop cyberbully. It is a really important issue, though, many people take the issue very lightly. It showed how you could be cyberbully anyone without noticing it. No one I know is like that, but it’s sad to see something like that happen to people. Obviously it wasn’t like one of those worthy of an Oscar or anything, and I really wanted her to just shut down her account, but nevertheless I thought it was a really good movie. I cried a few times! :yell: .
Anyway, I wanted to upload this layout I still have from one of my first sites Simply Unique (simplyunique.info), made in July 2007. I have lost all my files from my old sites, so I found this (and a few more), to show how bad I was :rofl: . I remember thinking how good it was!
I’ll show another old layouts later, they’re pretty hideous!

I have never seen that movie, but it sounds interesting. Perhaps, I’ll watch it tonight. I’ve been needing a good movie to watch. Yeah, we should all really watch how we talk to people online. Even though we don’t know them or can’t see the person doesn’t mean they don’t have feelings. Whether we’re neighbors or live in 2 different countries, we should respect people. If you don’t like someone online either tell them in a respectful way or just leave them alone. :/
I remember Simply Unique. xD I love looking at my old work! Unfortunately all mine is on my desktop computer, which is disconnected because I needed desk space for my laptop. ^_^ heh!

I’ve never seen ‘Cyberbullying’, but I have seen a movie called ‘Bang Bang You’re Dead’ that was about the same issue it was really good. I’ve also read a book about it, but I didn’t think the book was very good, haha. xD I’ve heard a lot of people giving good reviews for ‘Cyberbullying’, so I’ll have to check it out.
I love looking back at old things that you’ve made and seeing how far you’ve come. It’s always a little encouraging to see that you’re still improving, plus it’s kind of funny. xD

Man, I really wanted to watch that movie but I keep missing it! I’ll have to find it and watch it at some point, it seems like one of those movies with an important message.
I love finding old layouts! Yours actually isn’t that bad, I like it :) Sometimes I find mine and I’m like “wow, I can’t believe I could make then when i was [insert age here]” but most of the time it’s just like me wondering why I insisted on making so many Twilight layouts. Hahaha.

Yeah I can’t deal with the cold weather! I haven’t seen the cyber bullying film but it sounds really interesting may have to have a watch some time :)
That layout isn’t that bad! I still have my old piczo account now that’s always fun too have a look at :P

I love looking at my old hideous layouts. hahaha. I still have tons from way back when. I found the pictures on one of my old photobucket accounts. Hahahaha.
A few of them are actually pretty good, like I have a Hayden Panettierre one that is up on my porftolio and a few others. :)
I started watching that movie last night but my sister was a jerk and turned it off right at the part before she came to her BFF’s house and her friend said either that she is welcome or unwelcome in. :/ So I missed a big part. I had no idea why she was crying so much because of my stupid sister. At least it will be on again today.

Same here. I want to buy Night Life, Generations and Pets. :) I wonder if they’ll ever have an expansion pack that has all of them on it like the Sims Complete Collection (from the sims 1).

We all think we’re amazing when we first start out. I wanna go find my first layout and compare it to the one I put up now. I’ll probably die from laughter.
I just recently discovered Softaculous. I wish I would have known about it before I spent three hours of my life uploading the WP files. -lol-
Thanks! I need to clean out my gallery, actually. There’s some stuff there I don’t really like anymore.

I have not seen cyberbully. Since you mentioned there are ways to be cyberbullied without knowing it I don’t know that I never have been. But I would like to think all my friends aren’t like that either. :)
I don’t think that header was really bad. But if you think you have improved much since then congrats. I don’t know if I can say that from my beginning graphics. I’ll have to take a look.

I haven’t seen that movie yet, but I kind of want to. It does bring up a very important subject, especially today. I have known several people whose lives have been impacted from cyber bullying. It really is an issue.
I’ve never personally had the problem, which I suppose makes me pretty lucky. I’ve never been the judgmental type though. :P
That layout is actually not bad! :) I’ve got worse past things. xD
